citizens information site, click on
special studies link (you may find something else useful there) and then select
the first link is a webpage, the pdf version link gives you just that a pdf version of the document to download, print, etc.
This will give you some idea of the amount of research and knowledge the Town will need to obtain in order to effectively use taxpayer money for marketing Christiansburg. I found it pretty scary.
